Volunteer Management Coordinator
Meals on Wheels Central Texas is hiring a Volunteer Management Coordinator to join our team and help serve our community. The Volunteer Management Coordinator is responsible for meeting new and existing volunteers and carrying out an annual volunteer retention plan with a focus on volunteer recognition. This position also leads daily morning operations involving volunteers in meal delivery.

Skills / Requirements
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree preferred
Six months work experience in working with volunteers, including recruiting, training and coordinating
Valid Texas driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
Excellent interpersonal skills and poise in stressful situations
Experience with computers, data entry, data collection and maintenance
Experience in graphic design helpful but not required
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
Ability to work within a close team and
Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required
