We are expanding our staff, and we have an immediate opening for a Paid Seasonal Backup Driver to join our team. Your journey with Meals on Wheels isn't just a job. Our Seasonal Backup Drivers to deliver meals to our clients and assist the Volunteer Services and Distribution teams. This position will either deliver meals to clients or be on standby to deliver as directed by Volunteer Services staff. Meals are to be delivered in a safe and timely manner. 

Seasonal Backup Drivers deliver routes that need coverage due to volunteer cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows.

Pay: $15hr

Work Environment:

• Offsite/ Outdoors

This position also serves as a substitute meal manager if needed. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person who will help promote our mission to nourish and enrich the lives of the homebound and other people in need through programs that promote dignity and independent living. Position is M-F everyday with typical hours being 10am-1:30pm.
