Job Description

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's technology initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training to empower users to effectively utilize available technologies and Salesforce. Help process and onboard new employees.
  • Change Management: Coordinate and implement changes in technology, Salesforce, and processes, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Strategy and Director of Information Technology on strategic initiatives, providing technical expertise and project management support. Collaborate with internal departments to create departmental processes.
  • IT Help Desk Support: Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and technology trends, actively seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
  • Manage Projects: Taking on multiple tasks and seeing them to completion.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to shift from project to task to help with employee’s needs.
  • Tech Tools: Being able to use and understand how Artificial Intelligence can help employees be more efficient at their job, as well as your own job.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong trouble-shooting ability
  • Patience to teach
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Self-driven motivation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Employee service-oriented approach

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical or Associate Degree; or 5 years' experience in a technology or data role
  • General knowledge of computer and network repair and security best practices
  • Experience working in non-profits
