Intake Specialist
Job Description
The Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting a pre-screening interview of all potential clients to determine eligibility for program services. Qualified applicants will possess a professional phone presence and patient demeanor. Previous experience in a related position preferred. This position also assists with answering questions about MOWCTX programs and refers applicants to other services when appropriate. Duties will include maintaining accurate computerized and manual client files containing sensitive and confidential information as well as other administrative duties. Full-time + benefits

Skills / Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
One year of intake experienced desired
Excellent telephone skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience preferred
Experience with older adult clients preferred
Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent data entry and documentation skills
Knowledgeable about social service resources in the Austin area
