Job Description

As an IHCC you will be an integral part of our team. You'll have all the support they need to succeed. In this role you will work with clients and caregivers to coordinate services that make it possible for our clients to remain living independently.

Experience and Education

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of previous full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency, or community-based agency or;

Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university
