Home Repair Construction Coordinator
Meals on Wheels Central Texas is hiring a Home Repair Construction Coordinator to support the Home Repair team. We are looking for the right candidate with a passion for helping those in need and who happens to know a few things about home repair and construction. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating vendors, supervising contractors, inspecting and approving work, and administrative tasks. The Construction Coordinator also acts on behalf of MOWCTX clients and ensures their best interests are represented during all phases of construction. Previous experience in home repair or construction is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Veteran preferred. Full-time + benefits.

Skills / Requirements
High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Minimum 1 year home repair or construction experience preferred
Knowledge of existing building codes helpful
Current Texas driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
