As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for our clients through thoughtful and attentive supervision of the caregivers who help them. You’ll be responsible for setting up the client’s plan of care (in their home) from start to finish and maintaining all required paperwork. You'll enjoy going to work every day knowing that the work you are doing is making a difference in the lives of others and you’ll be part of a team that supports each other to achieve the common goal of helping people in need.

Education

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of previous full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility, agency, or community-based agency or; Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university
