Donor Database Coordinator
Meals on Wheels Central Texas is hiring a Donor Database Coordinator to join our Development team. The Donor Database Coordinator helps manage a donor database to support a dynamic Development and Communications team and reports directly to the VP for Development.
This position maintains donor records, campaign records, reports, and mailings for the Development and Communications team. This person works with the Development Assistant to ensure all data entry and updates are recorded in Salesforce. Full-time + benefits

Skills / Requirements
High school diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
3 year minimum of fundraising knowledge
Minimum of one year experience maintaining databases (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to interact professionally and pleasantly with donors, volunteers and staff
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Ability to adapt to changing technology and development processes
Ability to perform simple accounting procedures
Proven intermediate experience with databases, word processing, and excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivated to understand problems and help find solutions
