The Client Services Administrative Coordinator facilitates the quality assurance of client files. Duties include manual and electronic file maintenance, updating the database, proof reading of government documents, delivery of documents in the Austin-metro area, and providing administrative support to the Client Services department as needed. This position also serves as back up for the Intake Specialist.

Skills / Requirements
High School/GED and 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years' consecutive experience in a social service or non-profit environment
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Salesforce or other large CRM experience highly preferred
Previous experience working with government documents
Fluent in Spanish in both written and oral forms preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable transportation, valid TX driver’s license, and insurance
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
