Job Description

The Administrative Assistant ensures the accuracy and completeness of client files. Duties include but are not limited to manual and electronic file maintenance of multiple service programs, database entry and management, review/editing of contractor/funder documents, and providing administrative support to others as needed. Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects as needed.

We are hiring one part time and one full time dynamic go-getters who thrive in a fast-paced fun environment. These positions are on site at our main office 3227 East 5th Street, Austin, Texas 78702.

Skills / Requirements

High School/GED and 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years' consecutive experience in a social service or non-profit environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Salesforce or other large CRM experience highly preferred

Construction and/or nonprofit experience highly desired

Previous experience working with government documents

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
